! All events must end by 11 PM
! Licensed and insured vendors only
! Alcohol service requires RAMP certified bartender

! Children must be supervised at all times
! Venue access limited to booked hours
! Responsible alcohol service required
! Pets must be leashed and under supervision at all times
! Required event insurance of $1,000,000​
Booking/Payments
✓ Deposit requirements are as follows:
- $500 to secure the date which is also the security deposit that is returned to you after the wedding.
- The rental fee is then split into thirds and paid with first payment due in one month, third 60 days before the date and the second in the middle.
✓ Payments may be made with Credit card or check, card payments will have service fee attached
✓ No overtime charges, extended hour rates discussed​
