4. Policies

! All events must end by 11 PM

! Licensed and insured vendors only

! Alcohol service requires RAMP certified bartender

! Designated smoking areas only

No open flames (LED Candles Allowed)

! No confetti or glitter

! Children must be supervised at all times

! Venue access limited to booked hours

! Responsible alcohol service required

! Pets must be leashed and under supervision at all times

! Required event insurance of $1,000,000

Payment Schedule:

 At booking: $2000 total ($1500 towards rental fee + $500 refundable security deposit)

✓ Second payment: Due at the midpoint between booking and final payment

✓ Final payment: Due 60 days before your wedding date

Important Notes: 

 Payments may be made with Credit card or check, Card payments will have service fee attached 

 No overtime charges, extended hour rates discussed
